Redondo Beach is a city in southern Los Angeles County, located along the southern part of the Santa Monica Bay between Hermosa Beach and Torrance. The area was initially inhabited by the native Chowigna tribe, who used the site of Hopkins Wilderness Park as a lookout point around which they settled. The Chowigna people were eventually relocated to missions in 1854 by a major Spanish landowner named Manuel Dominguez when he sold the land to American entrepreneurs for the creation of the Pacific Salt Works. Redondo Beach was later incorporated in 1892 and has long been a tourist destination for Californians drawn to its sandy beaches and Municipal Pier. Today, it is home to around 65,000 residents.
Though many Redondo Beach residents will never undergo a disaster in their home, homeowners need a restoration company they can trust in their time of need to bring their property back to livable, pre-disaster conditions.
