Water, Fire & Mold Damage Restoration in Buena Park
Buena Park is a city in Orange County, CA, situated between the surrounding sites of Cerritos, Fullerton and Anaheim. Though the origin story of the name Buena Park has been contended over the years, the most likely source were local Spanish and Mexican settlers who referred to the area as “Plaza Buena”, meaning “good park” in Spanish. The name was likely born out of a Spanish-English hybrid when the town was founded in 1887 by James A. Whitaker, a Chicagoan who owned much of the land that would become Buena Park. Today, the city is home to around 83,000 residents as well as its most notable tourist attraction, Knott’s Berry Farm, which dates back to the 1940’s and boasts the slogan “America’s 1st Theme Park.”
